We will organise an info session on planning the Baltic Sea Day 2021 on 22 January, 9 am to 10:30 pm. Sign up for the event with this link by 15 January 2021. If you have already signed up, you do not need to do anything else.
Note that this info session will be conducted in Finnish, but we will organise separate workshops in English during the spring. We will also organise separate workshops for organisations participating in Russia, Estonia and Sweden. Please let us know (tuula.putkinen (at) jnfoundation.fi) if you are interested in attending any of these workshops, and we will inform you about the dates.
The info session on January 22nd will be opened by John Nurminen Foundation’s CEO Annamari Arrakoski-Engardt, after which the Foundation’s campaign team will present results and learnings from last year. We will go through the spearheading campaigns and the ready-made templates we have made to help your planning. We will also hear presentations from City of Turku (Tove Holm) and City of Helsinki (Esa Nikunen) and ideas and plans by Martat and Marthaförbundet, Kuvittajat ry, Finnish Meteorological Institute, Finnish Environment Institute, Korkeasaari Zoo, Suomen Vapaa-ajankalastajien Keskusjärjestö and Åbo Akademi.
At the end of the session, we will go through the preliminary schedules for the workshops in English. The schedule, once confirmed, will also be published in the Baltic Sea Day web page.
