Tervetuloa Itämeren Iltarasteille torstaina 28.8.2025 klo 17.30–19.30! 🌊

📍 Lapinlahden Lähde, laiturialue ja puisto, Helsinki

🧭 KADONNEEN MERIHELMEN ARVOITUS – luontoseikkailu perheille ja lapsille!
Sukella tarinaan Merihelmestä, joka kerran piti Itämeren kirkkaana ja elinvoimaisena. Ratkaise arvoituksia merenrannalla ja yhteisöpuutarhassa – opi luonnon kiertokulusta ja Itämeren suojelusta. Jokainen pieni seikkailija saa Itämeren Suojelijan merkin! 🐚

Lisäksi tapahtumassa:
🔹 Roskien keruuta merestä kajakeilla ja SUP-laudoilla
🔹 Vesiötökkärasti – tutki vedenalaisia ötököitä haavilla ja vesikiikarilla
🔹 Levärasti – opi vedenalaisesta luonnosta ja levälajeista
🔹 Roskabingoa ja lajitteluvinkkejä lapsille ja aikuisille
🔹 Luonto- ja historiakierros Lapinlahden puistossa klo 17:30-18 suomeksi ja klo 18:30-19 englanniksi
🔹 Linturasti – Tringan johdolla bongataan vesilintuja ja opitaan lintujen elintavoista
🔹 Vieraslaji-info ja norppalakana
🔹 Pulahdus klo 18.00 Itämeren hyväksi

Sauna on kuumana koko tapahtuman ajan (erillinen pääsymaksu, jonka voi vaihtoehtoisesti lahjoittaa tapahtuman ajan luonnonsuojeluun). Rastien vierellä on mahdollisuus grillata omia eväitä. Kahvilassa ostettavissa pientä purtavaa.
✨ Tapahtuma on maksuton ja avoin kaikille. Tule mukaan tutkimaan, leikkimään ja suojelemaan merta luonnon äärellä!

Welcome to Itämeren Iltarastit – the Baltic Sea evening crosspoints on Thursday, August 28, 2025, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.! 🌊

🧭 THE MYSTERY OF THE LOST SEA PEARL – a nature adventure for families and children!
Dive into the story of the Sea Pearl, which once kept the Baltic Sea clear and vibrant. Solve riddles on the seashore and in the community garden – learn about the cycle of nature and the protection of the Baltic Sea. Every little adventurer will receive a Baltic Sea Protector badge! 🐚 (guidance in Finnish, possibly short English translations)

Also at the event:
🔹 Collecting trash from the sea with kayaks and SUP boards
🔹 Water bug crosspoint – explore underwater bugs with hand nets and water binoculars
🔹 Algae station – learn about underwater nature and algae species
🔹 Trash bingo and sorting tips for children and adults
🔹 Nature and history tour in Lapinlahti Park at 5:30–6 p.m. in Finnish and 6:30–7 p.m. in English
🔹 Bird crosspoint – led by Tringa, spot water birds and learn about their habits
🔹 Information on invasive species and a ringed seal blanket
🔹 Dip in the sea at 6:00 p.m. for the benefit of the Baltic Sea
The sauna will be heated throughout the event (separate admission fee). You can barbecue your own food next to the checkpoints. Snacks are available for purchase at the café.
✨ The event is free of charge and open to everyone. Come and explore, play, and protect the sea in the heart of nature!
